- Chairman of Advisory Board of Australian Enterprise Holdings Pty Ltd.
Doug’s interests include travel and the arts.

John Knorr was born in 1949 in Melbourne. John is the founder of the SISS Group of companies and currently is the CEO of UGLii Find System Pty Ltd. John has extensive experience in small business and local government.
John’s interests include Australian Rules football and playing tennis.

Robert worked in the Treasury and the Department of Finance in Canberra for six years after graduating from the University of Western Australia. He then made the move to small business in the food and hospitality, and tourism and travel industries, running several businesses in partnership with his wife in WA. Robert teamed up with John Knorr in 2000. Robert’s responsibilities include systems development and relations with Partners and managing technical contractors.
Robert is a committed West Coast Eagles Supporter and lives in Tasmania.

James Hayes was born in England and has over forty years experience in the information technology industry. During his long career he has worked in over forty countries for both governmental and private organisations. He has specialised in the specification, design, implementation and project management of Internet based systems and Data and Voice Communications systems. As a consultant, he has advised many of the world's largest telecom operators and corporations from MI5 to the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
In 2002 James joined the SISS Group as Systems Architect specialising in the development of user requirement specifications. James also manages the technical aspects of the design and development of a number of SISS group systems.
James has a BA degree and a Diploma in Management Studies. James non work interests include wood working, gardening and caravanning.

Ann Zhu
General Manager for SISS Group Partner Services
Ann Zhu was born in Shanghai China. She trained as an accountant in China before migrating to Australia in 1998. Ann worked as an accountant in Australia before joining UGLii Find system in 2006. Ann is in charge of developing administrative processes for UGLii Find System Pty Ltd and UGLii Find Australia Limited.
Ann is an accomplished violinist and plays the piano for pleasure.
Website Developer
Wen has more than 10 years experience in computer network and user support, with broad experience on website and graphic design. Wen graduated from the Computer Science degree in the University of New South Wales in 1998, he has a Master degree in Engineering from the University of Wollongong. Wen will obtain his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Engineering (University of Wollongong) at the end of this year. Wen’s focus in UGLii Find System is website development and user technical support.
Wen likes to do meditation, drinking tea, watching action movies.

Pamela Swarbrick is a Gippsland girl who has spent many years working for large organisations in Melbourne. Pamela has worked in management in the construction, software, steel, pharmaceuticals and logistics industries and has a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Economics) from Monash University.
Pamela manages the UBACC team developing and refining the UBACC system database.

Bradley’s background is as a psychiatric nurse. His work in the UBACC database team has him focused on national security and defense, law and order and emergency services.
Bradley’s non UBACC interests include sacred music, playing the harpsichord and studying Latin.

Sally was born in Castlemaine in Victoria and worked in research at the Werribee Research Farm before settling in Gippsland as a dairy farmer. Sally’s UBACC work focuses on animals and plants and their products.
Sally is an avid gardener, a competition bridge player and enjoys mind puzzles such as Sudoku, crosswords and Scrabble.

Ian and Wendy have many years experience in the chemicals industry. Ian and Wendy are part of the UBACC data team. Their focus as UBACC team members is naturally on the chemicals industry and related areas of manufacturing.
Their non business interests include boating, Aussie rules football and the arts.

Cindy Meers was born in Warragul in Gippsland. Cindy commenced working with the SISS Group as a UBACC researcher in 2003 and now manages shareholder relations for all SISS Group companies.

Peter McPherson has spent most of his career in management roles in the Latrobe Valley construction industry. The Latrobe Valley is home to Victoria’s electricity generation industry. Peter joined SISS Group in December 06 as a specialist researcher in the UBACC system’s database development team. His UBACC focus is in the mining, manufacturing machinery, and materials handling. Peter is ideally suited for this work as he has a keen eye for detail, great reserves of industrial experience and patience.
Peter’s personal interests include aero planes, old bottles, coins and V8 Super Cars.

Ron’s industry experiences include sales, finance and security. Ron is a member of the UBACC database development team. His UBACC focus is on the food and beverage and building industries.
Ron’s interests include building a new home, cricket and bush walking.
