The UGLii Find and UBACC systems are related and present a range of opportunities for participation. Some are global opportunities. Many are Australia wide and local opportunities.

 

UGLii Find Global Partners

UGLii Find Partner Opportunities are for organisations that have marketing models that are global. Very strict conditions apply but the scale of the opportunities are large.

UGLii Find Affiliate Relationships

These are the opportunities for Australian based websites that are visited by business owners. Affiliates present the system on their own website branded to them. There is no theoretical limit to the numbers of UGLii Find Affiliates in an economy however we expect that Australia will be limited to about 1000 websites. These relationships are formed with UGLii Partners - not with UGLii Find. The UGlii Find affiliate system manages those relationships. Affiliate deals vary from Partner to Partner. Ideal websites are chambers of commerce, industry organisations, radio stations, telcos - in fact any website that is visited by many businesses.

UBACC Affiliate Relationships

The UBACC System is a closely guarded secret at present but all will be revealed when it is launched in March 2008. UBACC Affiliate opportunities  are limited to organisations that have relationships with businesses that own brands.

UBACC Sponsors  

UBACC features a facility that allows relevant companies to sponsor sections of industry in UBACC in one or more countries.  The Sponsorships are limited to organisations that provide services to an industry of a national economy. Examples are the automotive industry in the USA or the mining industry in Australia.  Sponsor deals can be also be arranged that cover an industry in the UBACC system of every economy.

UBACC Affiliated Search Engines

UBACC features a facility that allows UBACC codes and the businesses that relate to them to be passed to search engines. Of course that information is entirely useless unless the search engine can provide the UBACC taxonomy and search facility to internet users. Search engines can participate as global Affiliates of UBACC.

Employment

Employment opportunities come up from time to time in UGLii Find and UBACC and will be with greater frequency as the UGLii Find system accelerates and the UBACC system is commissioned. Merchandising is an important part of UGLii Find’s global marketing strategy and UGLii Find is looking to form a partnership with an organisation that manages merchandising on a global scale

Narrow Cast Television is an element of the marketing strategy of the UGLii Find system and its merchandising business. UGLii Find is looking for a partner to manage the development of its “UGLii Business” TV show and narrow casting operations.

Listing UGLii Find Australia Limited on the ASX   

UGLii Find System Pty Ltd is to list its majority owned subsidiary UGLii Find Australia Limited on the ASX in March 2009. This is not a major capital raising exercise because all capital in UGLii Find systems is raised through private equity. The listing is to facilitate trading in the entity that manages the Australian operations of the UGLii Find system. Equity holders in this company include shareholders in the parent company plus Partners who earn equity in proportion to their registration of business in the Australian UGLii Find system up to a cut off date in September.

 

UGLii Find System Pty Ltd is interested in proposals to

• manage the Listing of UGLii Find in Australia but is not interested in underwriters.  
• audit Partner registration of businesses in the UGLii find system prior to the issuing of shares to Partners .
